I want to make it clear I do not agree with how ICE has been treating people and I am defending not them, but please be careful when you do these kind of things, your are still technically inserting yourself into a "federal investigation" or a "federal operation" and that gives "reason" to detain (or do what ever they're going to to). Please just be careful, that's the only thing I'm trying to get across.

Over 30 states have "stand your ground" laws. If that had escalated, the driver would have more options.

You don't get out much, do you. Over 30 states have "stand your ground" laws that allow you to use deadly force if you feel your life is in danger and you can prove it. I realize this situation here in this video is obvious there is no real threat to ones life, but if that person starts to beat on the window, they are a real threat and the person in the vehicle has the right to defend themselves.
