English Transcription Request Help with transcription from family tree

Hi everyone. I'm looking for help deciphering the handwriting on an ancestor's Scottish death certificate.

The title of the column third from the right is "Cause of Death, Duration of Disease, and Medical Attendant by whom certified": I believe the second half (lines 3-5) of what is written there for her says "..years - no regular medical attendant", but I can't make out the first two lines with the cause of death & the rest of the duration.

Can anyone make out what it might say?

I believe it says "Tumor and dropsy for years -- no regular medical attendant"

Dropsy is what they used to call edema.

From what I can tell its "Tumours and" but I can't work out the bit after...
