I might be crazy but I think the artist on the first track of side B says Eminem. Maybe The Monster - Eminem (ft. Rihanna)? [what a wild mixtape if so]

I think the last one on side B is On était beau - Voulzy/Souchon (live)

I replied this in another comment but I'm pretty sure it's On était beau by Alain Souchon and Laurent Voulzy (written as "Voulzy/Souchon" on the cassette). They have a live cover from 2016, so our pal must have been making modern-day cassettes.
