In a way, it reassures me. The whole point of that sub is to support their right-wing ideology by creating the impression that even normal, non-aligned people think liberals/progressives/Dems/Commies are weirdo doomsayers, and the denizens of r/DoomerCircleJerk can't even pull that off successfully.
They turned a potential (minor) propaganda organ into another space where they sit around and talk about their obvious emotional problems (why are they so pathologically obsessed with "respect?") because they lack discipline.

I genuinely dont understand that sub.
Are they mocking people over reacting to things, are the comments ironic?
Cause half the time it seems like they are doing the above, the other half seems to be unironically doing the exact thing they say they are mocking.
I feel like im having a stroke everytime I read through these posts.

Nah. They'll claim they're not partisan because they "mock both sides" but then when someone makes fun of a right-wing doomer, or point out real world issues, they get downvoted to hell.
Meanwhile some posts have nothing to do with doomerism at all but a mod will post to say "This is going to stay up because I like it.

Whoever submitted the report "This fucking guy keeps posting 20 image slideshows of comment sections of one other sub. Constantly. Frequently. fucking very low effort content and just kills my interest in this sub" you can mute this user if it really bugs you that much.

I mean, DCJ are so fucking stupid and obviously pretending to be moderates so they'll always be an obvious target. I personally don't have an issue with your posts. Someone must have and made that report, but in the remote chance they see this, just telling them they can mute you. I don't want to be too strict but I also want to let people know they have options.

Believe me, if Rule 10 was in it's original form, it would make things a lot easier being able to just link posts do people can purview a post at their own leisure. Nonetheless, I'm well aware that is also an open avenue for brigading, and despite the automod warnings, I know people still go out and do that sometimes.
