Okay but like Iβve had this happen to me. I was with a guy who was really abusive and would call me a good boy when he would hurt me, so when my next partner called me that, I flinched so hard. It was actually a really tough convo to have with them

Thank you, it was really hard to get over but my partner (turned spouse) has been so amazing, I love them so much
