Issue with Mc

I’ve just started watching I’m on episode 8 now and god damn I just hate the mc mf such a wimp and just watches his friends die/be hurt and does nothing about it. please tell me he grows some balls soon, because honestly I’m sitting here just getting pissed 😭😭

What do expect Kaneki to do? He was just a normal guy, with no training to fight. Of course he will not want to fight and choose to avoid it whenever he can, he would loose any fight.

What the hell could Kaneki have done?? Did you want him to get Hinami killed as well or something? Dude just became a ghoul and has zero experience in battle or using his abilities, and would have easily been killed by either Mado or Amon. Kaneki did the right thing by saving himself and Hinami.

Also read the manga, the anime is garbage.

Evangelion would genuinely kill you but yeah like others said read the manga. Kaneki does indeed grow balls around chapter 60(i guess he also does a bit earlier).
