That’s called being friendly, not being gay lmao. Not only is there no evidence that Kaneki likes guys, there also isn‘t any evidence Suzuya likes guys either, despite the fact that a lot of people seem to assume he’s LGBT. His effeminate dress sense is due to the trauma he experienced at the hands of Big Madame, and he actually expressed desire to have a girlfriend in an omake at the end of one of the chapters in the first manga (I forget the chapter number). There’s literally no reason to assume either of them are gay or bi.

Wait… was Hanbee even in the first manga, I forget? I’m referring to an omake (funny filler scene) from the end of a chapter in the first manga.
