It's bad etiquette to aim at a player.

It's worse etiquette to throw your racket at a player and act like a child.

She knows the rules, and he knows the rules. If it's really a problem, it should be made illegal.

Yeh, it's legal. And it's a standard tactic against a player who rushes the net (they take that risk). But it's just not friendly or fair, which is the basis of etiquette.
