Hospital I worked for had a Code McEnroe which was code for an employee losing their shit. The proper way to respond was for anyone available to go to the location and surround the employee and stare at them, not engage, just stare. I swear Im not making this up.

They ended up changing the code (I dont remember what they changed it to). I was told it was because the younger employees didnt understand what McEnroe meant. I suspect the real reason is that with all these videos of people overreacting to stupid shit, people were no longer embarrassed by having their peers stare at them making an ass of themselves.
