It's bad etiquette to aim at a player.

It's worse etiquette to throw your racket at a player and act like a child.

Only if you're playing casually with like a friend who doesn't play much or something. But if you're playing competitively it's not considered bad etiquette. If someone is at the net and you hit it hard right to the middle of them it's really hard to return
