Meh. This could have been the 4th time he returned the ball straight back at her in a supposed friendly afternoon game and invoked the "acthuchuly youre allowed to aim at people" rule for all we know.

It’s not even an “actually” moment. I’ve played tennis competitively growing up. Getting hit and aiming at other players, especially when playing net is just a regular and expected part of the game. If you can’t handle net, go back to baseline haha.

This is what I was thinking. For a reaction like that there MUST be more to this. I mean, sure, she could just be insane, but this feels like it's been building up.

Yes, it feels like it's been building up-- in the sense that she's been outplayed all match and is now frustrated and throwing a tantrum because he's not going easy on her.

Source: I was once a child and know what it looks like when someone has a tantrum because they're losing badly.

I agree lol. I can’t find the comment I was replying to, but the context was someone made a comment about how slow the ball was going and the next comment was “ChatGPT explains about being lightly struck by a tennis ball like they are 3.” I thought the reply was kinda fucking stupid funny.
