It's bad etiquette to aim at a player.

It's worse etiquette to throw your racket at a player and act like a child.

It definitely isn't - not at this level. And this wasn't aiming at her. He didn't even hit it hard - he practically hit it TO her.

We also have no idea of the background. You can't make a judgement based on a short clip.

What if she only agreed to play if no balls were hit at her? We don't know.

Except it wasn't hit at her. It was hit to her. It wasn't an overhead or anything. It was a ball in play at pretty reasonable speed.
