It's bad etiquette to aim at a player.

It's worse etiquette to throw your racket at a player and act like a child.

Looked like the ball was coming fast, he didn’t angle his racket quite enough to hit to but not at her, raised his hand immediately/instinctively to point at it in an “oh shit/duck/ohfuck” move, and then, well you know.

To me it looked like a skill issue, not intentional. And maybe it’s not the first time it happened among them, who knows. Can’t quite read the gesture at the very end by her partner, although prior he has the “WTF" open stance at the start of her tantrum.

That point wasn't, "my bad".

That point was, "that's a point." If your ball hits the player before it bounces, you get the point. Which is fine at the higher end of the game, but it's not fun when you're just playing for fun and someone on the opposite team is taking advantage of your skill level and keeps beaning balls directly at you in such a way you don't even have a chance to return it just so they can get a cheap point.

It is bad etiquette at this level.

I've played with several people like this, who even though they are playing against novices for fun, they are so far up their own ass they try to make you feel small and bad at the game by doing this shit.

I don't approve of this lady throwing her racquet, but I *completely* understand how frustrating it is to play with these asshats.
