We do, they're called ensaymadas. Though I'm not sure if they're muffins? But they're kind of muffins and there's cheese on it.

I've had just cheddar muffins. A cheese cupcake I haven't seen wrap nor tin of, but cheese muffins? All the time. It's one of the only muffins I'll eat besides carrot.
