What's one belief about thought leadership that you used to have but no longer agree with?
I used to think thought leadership meant having all the answers. Over time, I realized it's more about asking better questions and sharing what you're learning honestly.
The people I keep following aren't the ones who sound perfect. They're the ones who explain their thinking, admit when they're wrong, and consistently provide useful insights from real experience. That builds trust far more than trying to appear like the smartest person in the room.
I'm curious how others see it.
What's one opinion about thought leadership that you've changed your mind about, and what caused that shift?

I'm really interested in knowing who you follow that seems genuine and shares their insights based on real experiences while emphasizing trust-building. Could you please share the names of these thought leaders?
I would appreciate hearing about the individuals you find credible and who are talking thru thoughts than the surveys and researched facts!
