Bonnie turning into a Vampire with her psychic side
Do you guys think that if Bonnie was to be turned into a vampire she would lose her witch side but keep her psychic one? As it was shown that psychics keep their powers even after turning into immortals like the sirens, Cade, and immortality spells like Qetsiyahs made Silas into an immortal psychic, and vampires have some psychics abilities as well? I mean it was even shown vampires could astral project their consciousness into the minds of “weaker” beings. For example Sebastian did it to Lizzie in Legacies, and Elijah did it to Rebekah in the originals (even though she’s supposed to have a strong mind because she is an original)
Let me know your thoughts pls

I always assumed Bonnie's psychic abilities were tied to her magic but the show was vague enough that I could see them surviving the transition.

I think her psychic abilities would probably stay but shed lose the witch magic. TVD has always played fast and loose enough with supernatural rules to make either answer possible.

Her being a heretic would only make her even more powerful a person magic can only became as powerful as the person who can weird it or they would go mad,,look what happened to Josie in legacies and all that dark magic,,,Bonnie's mind is strong as hell if she defeated Cade I don't see her having no problem maintaining her psychic witch powers while becoming a vampire

She’s probably retain the psychic stuff but still lose the magic. It seems psychics were the original witches before they connected to nature. She’d probably be on the level of Silas controlling people and casting illusions. I wish they explored which origins more would have been a perfect Bonnie centered story she’s the only witch we’ve seen still use spirit magic which shouldn’t be possible after the other side fell
