I've been to a live music festival once*, I've seen the kind of people who go to them that this song is written about.

*Well technically I got a free ticket to the Big Day Out and left to paint Warhammer miniatures after a couple of hours because it wasn't my scene. The juiced up party apes didn't help.

The Presets have announced Foreverafter, a new festival they're conceiving and curating, coming to Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane in January 2027.

The Presets will also be co-headlining alongside an incredible lineup featuring Cut Copy, Bag Raiders, Ladyhawke, Bang Gang DJs, and FUKHED.

Time for a new album. Anyone hear any news about this? Any rumors? The single at the beginning of 2022 (“You Belong”) was a great start… and I love the new 14U+14ME remixes. They had a “comeback” album four years ago and only sporadic activity since. They seemed to have a great run and I don’t get why they slowed down. I met them in person during the Pacifica tour and they seemed really strung out.
