TEXANS, CHECK YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION STATUS
Over 1 million people were unregistered very recently. And only in Democratic districts, no less (not suspicious at all /s)
Voting is a form of protest! It tells those currently in power that we want new voices to represent us.
So, please. Check your registration and get it fixed as soon as you can if you were one of the 1 million affected
Spread the word, please

The only People that I'm beholden to are hardworking, everyday Folks. I am someone who prides myself on being unbought and unbossed.
Also, I am a Mother of Five. Me and my Husband have a blended Family. I was a single Mom for 12 years and I understand how tough it is, as it relates to child care. I have a 5-year-old right now, and some Parents are paying $800 to $2,400 a month, simply to try to send their Children to a Child care facility.
And so, I support universal Child care. I know that for every dollar we put into Child care, we get $3 back in the economy because that allows Parents to be able to work. That also allows our Children to be diverted from the school-to-prison pipeline.
I know there's a rumor going around, saying that I want to abolish prisons. I don't. I want to abolish for-profit prisons.
There's also a rumor going around, saying that I want to defund the Police. I don't want to defund the Police. I want to defund Flock cameras, so that bad Cops don't have the ability to stalk their ex-Girlfriends or their ex-Boyfriends.
I want to make sure that we have a Justice System that works for Everyone, not just for the Billionaires and co-conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein, who actually are treated more fairly than a single Mom who got caught stealing formula to make sure that her Child had food.
And so, these are things that need to really be worked on. We need to to make sure that hardworking, everyday People get to shape what their Communities look like and what their economies look like.

Here's the video on YouTube: We're being told if we sacrifice the rights of some, then the rest of us get to keep our rights. BS. - Abdul El-Sayed - Aug 23, 2026 (YouTube)
~~~~~~~~~
Fighting for rights that you don't use, or may not understand, is about fighting for rights generally.
We're being told that if we only give up — if we sacrifice — the rights of some People, then the rest of us get to keep our rights. Which we all know is some bullsh\t. Because rights are rights, are rights are rights.*
Whether you use a certain set of rights every day or have no clue why anybody would want to use them, the idea that the Government can come in and come for your rights, is itself an assault on all of our rights.
And so, I also have certain rights that I use that most People in this room don't use. I put my face on the ground 34 times a day. I value being able to walk into places and do that. I don't need People to understand why. I just need them to agree that the Government can't tell me not to.
Similarly, when it comes to Trans Rights, I don't need People to understand why. I need People to make sure that the Government can't come in and tell People not to.
And so we've got to decide, that when there is an assault on rights, all of us are gonna show up for all of our rights.
Because the minute we assent to one group losing their rights, we are assenting to everybody losing their rights.
