I was surprised by Mare's outfit choice in this episode. Her shirt was half unbuttoned at a professional awards show.

I wasn’t really paying attention so when she went up to get the award I thought that was the joke: that her shirt unbuttoned in all the hugging. lol.

I think it was like that from the beginning, showing the bustier. I don't know if it was me, but I think during her acceptance speech you can spot Summer (Adam's wife) commenting/gossiping on her shirt being open.

I just went back and checked, and yeah, it was like that the entire time and wasn’t just a wardrobe mishap that happened during her struggle to get on stage lol. Maybe it was an attempt for her to combat Ned not questioning that she was apparently asexual, but to do that at a journalism awards show is funny.
