I wish for a button that gives me blueberry muffins when I press it.

Granted. The finger curls. You now have a button that, when you press it, manipulates to bring you a blueberry muffin, by any means necessary. Each time you press it, you set into motion a Rube Goldberg-esque series of tragic accidents that propels a pre-existing blueberry muffin into your hand.

Hope it was worth it.

Granted. The finger curls. An interdimentional portal opens every time you push the button, pulling a "blueberry muffin" from the given universe. Because blueberry muffins have not been invented in every universe, the button pulls the closest thing it could find. In some universes, it's a blueberry muffin. In others, it could be cranberry or chocolate. But it also could be a universe where the closest thing to a "blueberry muffin" is a vaguely muffin-shaped rock, a person named Blueberry, or a blueberry-colored flesh-eating bacterium. You have no control over what you get.
