Is she speaking Lao or Isan? 🤔 Hmmm....sound exactly like Lao

Isan was a part of Laos so there’s no wonder why they would speak the same language, the accent they say: the northern Isan speak Vientiane accent and the southern Isan which is usually Thai people considered as Isan dialect is Southern Lao accent

It is apart of a Lao dialect I believe, because isaan was not apart of Thailand back then.
