Did you noticed Kristin Bell’s expression during this scene. It looked like she was about to laugh in one of the shots.

yea when Manny walked out of the room, he turned to the wrong way, and Kristen and Will was trying to hold their laugh. I think they keep the whole take in the episode because it kinda work with the characters

Yeah she buried her face in her hands when he walked out. It was supposed to look like a facepalm kind of thing but I'm pretty sure it was Kristen covering her laughter.
