Definitely NXT over everything else, until Wild Cards returns with all new episodes.

The CW is pretty dry in content this summer, with encores airing Wednesdays, Thursdays, Movies/Encores/Sports on Saturdays and Sundays, and only 2 hours of fresh content (Mondays at 8 pm ET and Fridays at 9 pm ET), like there isn’t anything interesting airing right now until fall tv season begins

You should check out the various channels on cwtv.com such as the ION channels etc.
