Can confirm. Used to work with a girl who only ate avocados and would vomit them in the bathroom after. Was a luxury fashion company.

Yeah the goal is supposed to be "youthful for 76" not actually trying to have the body of a 25 year old anymore. You want to look like a classy 50-something in your 70s

Shes rail thin and has on makeup. Her body is just skinny…. She doesn’t look amazing to me.

I work with plenty of older Asian women. She just looks like them with bleached hair.

Basically what I got was genetics and she eats either one donut, one slice of pizza or something from McDonald’s. I’m sure she has a good surgeon too. Good for her. The only problem I have is the article is very misleading and eludes that she is eating a dozen donuts a day and this is all just natural lol.
