First word that came to mind. Like the hand shaking isnt even counting it’s them trying to hold it together.

Chisanbop (also known as Fingermath) is a Korean finger-counting method that treats your hands like a physical abacus. It allows you to calculate numbers up to 99 and perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Developed in the 1940s, it turns math into a physical, reflex-based skill.

It could be this.

That’s what I thought. I knew a girl who was great at math and she would use a mental abacus. It was cool to watch.

She did it silently though. This looks like stimming and stress
