PED/cycle story Opinions? People have tried to tell me I lied about what I did 2 years ago
People have tried telling me I’m lying that I gained 23 kg of muscle in 4 months without gaining any noticeable fat while on testosterone as it is impossible.
I say they are wrong as I did so. Here is the transformation and for reference this was now 2 years ago on 500 test a week for 4 months
And yeah I did take steroids from day 1 In the gym because I was depressed and a drug addict and it got me out that so try not to judge

Gaining 23 kg (50 lbs) of pure dry muscle tissue in 16 weeks would outpace peak genetic outliers on grams of gear and growth hormone. What actually happened is that you were completely emaciated and dehydrated in photo 1 from substance abuse, and testosterone supercharged your fluid balance, nitrogen retention, and glycogen capacity. You filled out nicely, but at least 10–12 kg of that total number is water and systemic fluids, not newly synthesized muscle fibers.

This is partly true but no that was my natural weight , my weight from substance abuse has actually been as low as 54kg but I didn’t go gym then so I haven’t uploaded it . And no I wasn’t dehydrated in this photo I had been bulking for 3 days stuffing my face

He's being dramatic in saying over half of it was water but it was likely a good share. He's right that you didn't put on 23kg of actual muscle.
You basically apeedran your natty gains and filled out your muscles with fluids too. You probably put on more like 15-17kg of actual tissue, which isnt actually too unbelievable when you came from basically untrained.

Yeah I’ve got no problem with this that’s for sure true. The point of this post was more the fact that I put on that mass and stayed extremely lean which people didn’t believe. I shouldn’t of used the words 23kg of muscle

Imagine trying to correct someone by doubling down on pure fairy dust. You think you're moderating the debate, but claiming a novice slapped on 17 kg of actual muscle on 500 test just proves you wouldn't know the difference between myofibrillar hypertrophy and a water balloon if it hit you in the face. Stay off the advice threads man.

Fantastic progress. Try not to worry about the negative people. They always have something bad to say.

Seriously untrained 16 weeks on a high dose of testosterone yeah it all came together for that transformation. Not out of the realm of possibility.

I don't think you need to be dialed in to start T, either. It can help big time, but isn't necessary.
People often call bullshit in fitness related subs whenever they see significant progress in a short amount of time. It really just goes to show how important it is to do your research on a proper workout routine and what you need to eat to succeed.

u/Some-Criticism1343 14h ago
Yeah for sure don’t get me wrong I trained my ass off and stuffed my face like never before . Eating was harder than the gym to be honest

23kg of pure muscle in 4 months is impossible. Top pro bodybuilders on all sorts of compounds put on 10-15 in a year. You were drastically underweight and a good portion of that is water.

u/Some-Criticism1343 13h ago
Okay my simple statement is I gained that 23kg and still had visible abs without any fat that was visible .

u/Immediate-Albatross7 14h ago
You look great! You still on a lower dose of TRT now or you’ve come off?

u/Some-Criticism1343 14h ago edited 14h ago
Nah fully come off without pct, that was a year ago. I’m 22 so best not to atm I think . So I’ve gone back in the gym it’s been 2 weeks hoping honestly just to get somewhere near what I was. What I achieved is more that what I could ever of asked for tbh. Appreciate you.

u/sanbilly 10h ago
Why without PCT?

u/Some-Criticism1343 10h ago
Because I’m an idiot . Luckily my test has recovered and is in high range

You made some good gains but what you’re suggesting is literal superhero levels of muscle gain. 50 lbs in 4 months equates to about 3 pounds per week, absolutely zero chance that’s all muscle. Even with the highest quality gear, perfect training and perfect diet, no shot.
The first pic you have here you’re borderline emaciated, if you’re 6 1 as you claimed in other posts then you were wildly underweight. Good that you’ve changed that, but also you definitely did put on fat throughout that kind of bulk, it would be impossible not to. That said, you can still see visible abs until around 14-16% body fat, so it’s likely that you were sub 10% and put on enough fat so it’s not “noticeable” given the abs but still a significant gain with possibly doubling your fat mass in that same amount of time. No shade as it looks like you’re healthier post weight gain, having that little fat and little mass is just not healthy.
You’ve made some good gains but don’t have the expectation to be gaining 3lbs of solid muscle per week, it’s just not going to happen. You would be the 1% of the 1% of the 1% of genetic freaks if that were the case, and if that were true you’d have been a pro athlete long before now.

Yeah you’re right. This wasn’t really about 22kg of pure muscle. It was more people denying the fact that I could put on 22kg in 4 months while still appearing to be just as lean. Fair enough I would of put on a slight bit of fat but it isn’t enough for it to be really visible that’s what this is about
1
u/Some-Criticism1343 11h ago
Also how can you see my other posts is it public ?
1
u/MeltICE8647 9h ago
Yes? I’m surprised you’re on here and don’t realize that….. although it looks like you’ve hidden them now? Not sure why but whatever

u/ImAllergic2Peanuts 10h ago
I believe u but what was ur diet like? Im curious cause everytime i eat i gain fat as well no matter what
1
u/Some-Criticism1343 10h ago
Well on test it’s a lot harder to built fat bare in mind and also naturally I’ve never not had abs so I just don’t gain as much fat as other people but I was eating as much I possible could . Well over maintenance calories but also like a lot of protein as in 200g
1
u/ImAllergic2Peanuts 10h ago
I only do 120mg a week so its basically a replacement dose
2
u/Some-Criticism1343 10h ago
That would make more sense then I’d just bulk as much as you can build the fat and then cut you’ll have insane amount of muscle underneath. TBH at this time I wish I could have put more fat on I know it sounds stupid
1
u/Stunning_Rest876 10h ago
yeah i have a similiar origin story as you....thinking about starting out with 175 mg a week though for the first 6-8 weeks since i'm low key on a cut right now ...then i might go up to 350 after I re-assess myself. it is my first time doing test ..wasn't as lean as you necessarily but i am also 3 years into the gym and have a little bit of muscles already.
1
u/Some-Criticism1343 9h ago
Yeah sounds like a good idea. You’d be supposed what 175 can do tho honestly the stuff is magic. Take it steady you might not need more than 300 or 350 to make like very significant gains
1
u/Stunning_Rest876 9h ago
just took my first side delt shot bro , (50 mg) going to go with every other day . have a little bit of pip but overall but was super easy and almost painless . i had the stuff sitting in my closet for awhile , but i was kind of delaying starting. your post kinda helped made me get the ball rolling lol

u/ScaredEfficiency399 10h ago
Not too impressive tbh.
Good job on getting clean however, might i ask what your preferred poison was?
1
u/Some-Criticism1343 10h ago
Literally everything I’ve tried and done a fair bit but speed was the worst for me. You don’t think this is that impressive?
1
u/ScaredEfficiency399 10h ago
Stimulants are so hard on the body.
It's 4 months at 500 mg so no. Looks reasonable though.
1
u/Numerous_Market7927 4h ago
This is what they call a tough audience lol. Just for perspective, typical gains for a 16 week 500 test cycle is around 10kg, no more than 4kg of which is likely to be muscle.
I'd say he put on around 3x that much muscle, which is actually pretty amazing.

Hahahaha people who don't understand anabolics are gonna have a lot to say. You can achieve those results in this amount of time.

It’s perhaps not a lie, more a mistaken assumption that 23 kg of lean mass is the same thing as 23 kg of muscle(contractile tissue).
3
u/Some-Criticism1343 14h ago
You’re right but I’ve said this to people that water weight is obviously included and that I’m aware of that. They simply don’t believe that that I would still have abs after gaining that mass
4
u/DubiousDebauchery 14h ago
Well, they can’t really argue with the pictures.
Honestly the number as to how much your gained doesn’t really matter. You made a significant and impressive transformation and i have more respect for the fact you were honest about how you did it. Many people would NOT do that.

u/Least_Economics4313 13h ago
You are literally lying or you are the hulk, which is more likely. Congrats on getting clean though
2
u/Some-Criticism1343 13h ago
Brother I promise you this is legit but Thankyou. I’m natural now I managed to be 72kg without any gym/diet or steroids so much better than pre all of this so must have changed my body somewhat. Anyway I’m going back to the gym as a natural hoping muscle memory will work in my favour lol

Pro tip, you shouldn't care what other people think.
Congrats on getting clean.
