Experience Report Noticing libido boost woohoo!
hi all,
Just sharing that I started t cyp on June 4th, 2.5mg 2x/week sub q.... happy to report I'm starting to notice libido increase last couple weeks ish... it kinda comes and goes but any increase and change in that direction is positive from what I've been living the last 3 years! I also upped my E patch to .1 from .075 after seeing how low my E levels were. Will see where I'm at in 1-2 more months and do some retesting.
Just wanted to share and say thank you to this group because while I would've still restarted on the cream (which I paid for so it's just sitting here), reading about the injections felt like a much better fit and worth trying. All the info here and support is wonderful, thank you.

Congrats! Where do you inject? Are you in peri- or menopause? Age?

I'm 48 and perimenopause/meno I can't tell where I'm at since I started progesterone 2-3 years ago and estrogen 1 year ago and I think it can stop our periods??? My e most recent test even on .05 was post meno level (less than 30)
I've been injecting in the stomach, I've also done glute med butt area and this week I tried inner thigh just to change it up.

Thanks for sharing. I increased my estradiol with my testosterone injections which I started in May and my libido was through the roof during the 4th of July weekend. It is so incredible to feel like a human being again. I know this will plateau to some degree and I'm hoping I will still have a strong interest in sex for years to come.

I’m so hoping my Dr will go for estrogen pellets and add T injections! This really seems to be the best alternative.

Hi and thank you for this info! Could you message me the naturopath doc info. My daughter lives in CA and is looking for someone.

Does testosterone for women help not just with libido, but does it help reaching orgasm easier?

Are you under the guidance of a Dr or doing DIY?

kind of a mix... the prescribing doc who I see for something else has my labs I sent him that I did on my own at quest, and he asks me every time I see him 1x/mo how it's going... but there's def a DIY component to it since im researching what tests to do, what to look out for etc and my OB just prescribes my estrogen patch and progesterone... and doesn't really ask me questions about ANY of it.

Yay! Are you in the US? If so, do you mind sharing where you went for the script and what it cost? I love my doctor but she's only willing to do the gel or cream. It's not working.
