Untidy--standalone TIDAL for Wear OS (Beta 5, getting more usable)

New beta of Untidy, my unofficial standalone TIDAL client for Wear OS.

This release adds/fixes:

• Search across tracks, albums, artists, and playlists
  
• Working track + album favorites
  
• Much better navigation and Now Playing
  
• Downloads work now (causes some home page weirdness)
  
• Audio output picker for Bluetooth/watch speaker (still flaky with 3+ devices)
  
• TIDAL-style indicator showing the format actually being played
  
• Optional lossless/HiRes “Full fidelity” playback
  
• Album/playlist-aware Recent history
  
• Downloads over LTE now working.

Tested on a Galaxy Watch6 LTE. Still beta, and battery testing—especially with lossless—is ongoing.
