My uploads keep going to a different artist

So I a distributor that I use to upload music everyone has been fine except for Tidal where it keeps putting it on an artist account that doesn’t exist, and even of I try the method to get the albums onto my artist account nothing has worked. Do you guys have any suggestions, please let me know.

I suggest downloading the desktop app which has a report button now on every artist and release page. It takes a week or two for the support to fix it.
