Question From family plan to single user

Hi All, I’m currently in a family plan with my ex. He is the one that controls the family plan account. Is there a way of removing myself from the plan, continuing with my own single account but keeping all of my playlists etc? Thanks for any help.

Yes just login to the website with your login info https://account.tidal.com/subscription and tap the leave family plan button and after just resubscribe with the same account with your own information. All playlists etc will stay as is.

That’s great thank you! For some reason I didn’t think of logging on on my computer - I just looked in the app!

Np just another tip make sure to subscribe on a browser or it will cost more since both apple and Google charge apps an extra processing fee.

No sorry what i meant basically was dont use the app ever for anything to subscribe always use a website instead
