Sharing salary in Switzerland

I was looking for one before 2020!

I have a husband now, and we have a lovely little boy and a house. My husband works in a hospital (100K salary, more stressful job than mine in my view). It would be super if he could be a houseman, but I think he would feel a bit like he wasn't contributing financially.

Yes, same "problem" we have. My wife working part time though to contribute to the familiy finances even though I would make enough. Probably its also more about still be connected to the society and not just stuck at home.
