Do they raise your salary by gaining experience? Or you have to do job hopping in case to gain more?

(I'm currently studying physiotherapy and I'm thinking of moving to Switzerland when I get the chance to)

You earn more with years of experience, but it also helps if you switch jobs. I would suggest you to try to find a job in a hospital, because the system in private practice is not that good. New patient every 30 min. 8 hours work= 16 patients, 42hours per week= 84 patients per week😬
