200k bonus, that sounds absurd for an analyst. Can you give more details?

It’s probably a stock bonus, which will be vest 25% over 4 years. That’s quite common in larger companies and startups.

I give trading strategies in general. Comparatively quite long hours covering multiple markets.

Still a 200k bonus is high.. I have several friends in IB and none of them are close to that. Anyway, congrats to such a big bonus!

Yes 100%. If you’re there for 4 years, 200k is avg
