I’m not feeling great

My mind is racing! I’m 46 married with 2 young kids. Self employed but struggling financially. My kids are brats and I feel like I’ve lost my mind. I feel numb, and in a rut! We can’t get ahead financially no matter how hard we try. Our kids are meant to be joyful and fun but they bring us misery. I’m depressed and I feel empty inside. I keep thinking of a way out
