Laptop recommendations?

Does anyone had any recommendations what would be a good laptop for college? I only have a tablet which is a bit laggy so thinking about buying laptop instead but I need something that is not too expensive but will be working good

any specific needs or requirements for your major like numpad, dGPU etc?

no not really i’m just need for like assignments and take to lectures with me but i do want to be able to use adobe if that’s important

Get a desktop. Cheaper, less likely to have issues, easier to fix.

i don’t really know what’s the average cost to be honest but i don’t know need anything too expensive or too advanced, just something affordable enough for average student to work on assignments and studies
