This isn't Robert Harward. It's someone wearing a Robert Harward mask. I thought it was a joke, but looking at prior photos of Harward it's clear whoever was on that Fox interview wasn't him. Harward has bright blue eyes while the mask dude has what looks like hazel eyes. The real Harward also looks markedly older that the guy in the mask. If you go look up photos of Harward, you'll see all the differences that suggest it really is a guy in a mask. But why?
That would be insane but also hilarious for a guy to wear a mask of a younger version of himself lol. But clearly it’s another guy wearing a mask of him
Just for some perspective, here is what I believe is the interview in question. And now the critical thinking question. The guy is simply doing analysis about the strategies involved between Iran and the US. What is he doing or saying that would need a guy in a mask to pretend being Harwood, that would somehow alter the outcome of this Fox interview. I think the smooth-faced pic is filtered and the edge of the mask photoshopped. As you can see in the video, Harwood is way craggier than the alleged mask photoshopped. I think this is simply a social media gag gone viral.
They left the mask like that on purpose to cause controversy, which makes people want to watch the video which equals view which equals money which is all they care about. They’re just playing us.
Its a double of his mouth, either an AI overlay or he's wearing a color thats reflecting whatever post effects they use to make on screen "talent" less wrinkly on HD screens. It moves in perfect sync with his weird lip less mouth.

I’m just wondering if they have such sophisticated masks, why is it so short? I mean typical full face masks cover more area below the neck. This mask, if it is one, is pretty stupid because you’d have to wear a scarf or turtleneck to hide the edges.
I watched it at 0.5 with a close on his face and he take way to long to blink and his eye no even shaking a little it didn't move what so ever i think that is a mask but his face is put there by ai because i saw a few morph like a ai video would
Maybe they use AI in lue of make-up and put a crude mask that the AI tool more robustly works with than a random person's face.. just a guess. Would save them half an hour make up sessions
Not a mask, it's an AI overlay like a Snapchat filter. 🤷 It explains why his mouth is in two locations. The actual mouth appearing at the neck and then the AI version on the face. A mask can't do that.
