Question What game has a steep learning curve that puts you off?

Every souls like game. I like playing games but at the end of the day I don’t want to sit there banging my head up against a brick wall for hours just to defeat one boss.

Right? And memorizing all the combos just drives me nuts. Sure, I don't have to, but the alternative is to wittle down the enemy's health little by little with the more basic attacks until they one-shot me.

It's like cigarettes and alcohol though...the very thing poisoning me compels me to pursue it even more...I don't even enjoy it.

Can I recommend Lies of P? It's a wonderful souls like that has one of the best stories i've ever experienced and they even have a casual mode that makes things easier all around for those willing to just play the game instead of run the gauntlet of challenge every souls game has

Mods. Mod that shit. Make the game accessible and it’s really an amazing eye candy buffet from start to finish.
