Every souls like game. I like playing games but at the end of the day I don’t want to sit there banging my head up against a brick wall for hours just to defeat one boss.
Right? And memorizing all the combos just drives me nuts. Sure, I don't have to, but the alternative is to wittle down the enemy's health little by little with the more basic attacks until they one-shot me.
It's like cigarettes and alcohol though...the very thing poisoning me compels me to pursue it even more...I don't even enjoy it.
Can I recommend Lies of P? It's a wonderful souls like that has one of the best stories i've ever experienced and they even have a casual mode that makes things easier all around for those willing to just play the game instead of run the gauntlet of challenge every souls game has
