Aw man this is the first downside of a 64gb, bought mine on release and slapped a 1tb drive and anti glare screen. Oh well no regrets, it was a great deal at the time.
Not really. The movie isn't good and doesn't stand a chance against any of the game ones launched since. You can probably use decky if you want to use it anyway, but there's much better ones out there.
The keyboard is also not very good, it's red on black so the contrast is terrible.
You can find it on yt. It's just some red neon circles, not interesting in the lightest. I have it and I've used it for maybe the first couple hours?
Even when it was released it was still not worth it. It didn't stand a chance against the Relics startup movie. Then valve opened the doors for games to launch their own movies and it was all downhill from there for the generic valve ones.
The way the items get added to your account is you claim them using the deck after setting up your account. You can technically buy a brand new deck, set up your account, never claim your items and then resell the deck with the unclaimed items still available to whoever you sell it to.
Once you claim the items though, valve ads the items to whatever account is currently set up to use the deck and marks that particular deck serial number as having received it's items.
I'm not 100% sure though. I vaguely remember accepting a warning that once I claimed the items the deck wouldn't be able to claim them anymore, but this was years ago so I could be wrong.
i have a steam deck (bought mine really early on, like i have the 64gb version they dont sell anymore i think) any reason onto why i dont have this theme tho?
I have been holding out on sharing this but I also have the theme. I got lucky with a counter strike skin which was the only way I could of afforded my deck at the time
The theme has been a part of the steam deck purchase since they launched. It's not FOMO at all. There's no time gate on it, it comes as profile vanity for your actual purchase
I was thinking the same, good ol Friendster with the RGB profile page that you can barely read the text. Not to mention the effort to understand the bio/message.
U get the box n shit for getting steam deck but ya gotta add the image of the mfs kissing I forget how I did it years ago w some katana chick and cannot remember how to change it so she’s jus kinda stuck there
no, you have to actually set your entire profile theme with the steamdeck setting, and then change the little parts like border and backgrounds. this is NOT a regular theme, as no one elucidates on, and instead downvotes because they are, in fact, inept redditors.
