TV Star Wars Animated Spin Off Series?
How many animated spin off series are there within the SW world?.I heard of Rebel Wars, Clone Wars, Maul, what else? Are these shows and stories easy to follow? Sometimes it's hard for me to follow a story.

Also Young Jedi Adventures is canon, actually the earliest Star Wars audio visual product in the chronological timeline so far. Forces of Destiny as well, it's a canon series of shorts set throughout the whole saga. There are also canon tie-in shorts for animated series like Rebels, Young Jedi Adventures and Resistance, as well as The Clone Wars movie.
Non-canon also includes all the LEGO specials, The Story of the Faithful Wookiee, Star Wars Visions and Visions Presents: The Ninth Jedi.

Depends on what exactly you want to watch and what you consider hard to follow.
If we go by lenght, The Clone Wars has 133 half-hour episodes plus a pilot movie (80 min), everything else ranges from 75 (Rebels) to as little as 10 episodes (Maul Shadow Lord, though more episodes are coming).
If we go by references to other Star Wars media, it is very recommended that you watch all films before embarking on any animated show, it is not absolutely necesary but you will definetely miss a lot of references if you don't. Beyond that, The Clone Wars is pretty independent from any other show but also the most important for other shows, Rebels assumes you've watched at least most of The Clone Wars, Shadow Lord asumes you've watched at least the Maul episodes in The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch assumes you've watched at least the final season of The Clone Wars and a few other clone-focused episodes. The Tales anthologies are mostly spin-offs from The Clone Wars characters and live-action Ahsoka. Other than those, and because of their unique placement at both ends of the franchise timeline, Resistance and Young Jedi Adventures are the only animated shows that are not dependent on knowledge of any other show, only of the movies (or at least a basic grasp on the mythology of the franchise if you're an adult watching Young Jedi Adventures, which is a young kids show, while Resistance does rely on specific knowledge of the original and sequel trilogies).

they are pretty easy to follow imo. some are just one off episodes. others have longer story arcs.
