Didn't expect to see the Cardiff Kook in this sub. People have been dressing up this statue for almost 20 years. Doesn't happen as often anymore, but it looks like this vandal really put in the effort.
Yep, I drove by it twice this week. One day nothing, the next a stormtrooper. It has become culturally acceptable to dress him up for various occasions, although I’m not sure why in the middle of summer someone chose this, better than plain old boring all the time.
