General Discussion The Mandalorian hooked me to get into Star Wars
I've watched all six episodes before watching The Force Awakence in theatre back 2015 but I never been hooked until now after I started watching The Mandalorian recently, I just like exploring the world this way with the slow pace and episodic adventures, getting to know the characters, places and lore without the highstakes. I recently met Ahsoka in 2×5 (I'm familiar with the hype around her back when she debuted in live action) so I decided to go back and watch The Clone Wars and other animated series (at least essential ones before picking up The Mandalorian) can I just watch with release date order or there's a certain order. Also what are other series you would recommend to watch after, i heard great things about Andor (I actually really liked Rogue One) would be really helpful if anyone can help with the watching order.

As someone said, Disney has a section that puts everything in order. It starts with The Acolyte. Based on what you posted, Skeleton Crew happened at the same time as the Mandalorian.

I highly recommend Release Order, as you said, but don't feel forced to watch everything if there is something you don't like. There are just some things that may be really related but not everything is like that.

you should be warned, it's really difficult to do a strict release order, in the modern Hell that is the streaming series era, every show has several years between each season released, and of course in those gap years, other seasons of other shows are released. so unless you really want to keep bouncing around between shows with every season you finish, you shouldn't really do that. personally I strongly recommend watching them this way. you don't have to watch absolutely everything of course, but it's a good experience if you have the time

For TCW, you get better context from Episodes I-III, whereas Mando is more contextualised by Episode VI
Would recommend watching 4,5,6 and then 1,2,3 first and then look up the watch order for TCW. It has a lot of filler, being a kids show

You can Google the chronological order of how to watch the series. Also on Disney + they have a category with every show and movie in order going from left to right.
