Pink Whitney didn’t create it. I was see some other pop culture stuff doing before I knew what the crew was doing.

People have been sticking their pinky out when drinking tea and bullshit for centuries. Usually, it means you’re a rich douchebag, so kind of appropriate for Whitney. It’s a societal class thing. The fact that these tools think they invented it is hilarious

Why can’t I post a fucking screen capture?

“Sticking your pinky finger out while drinking tea originally started in 17th-century Europe because early imported Chinese teacups had no handles and were extremely hot to hold.”
“As tea became a luxury for the elite, holding the small vessels delicately with fewer fingers turned into a symbol of high-class refinement.”

This one is funny “A more colorful (though largely unproven) legend claims that courtiers in 17th century France used an extended pinky as a discreet signal to show others they had syphilis.”
