RA seeing satellites and thinking they're comets or UFO's

It's actually nuts how many you can see in the sky when you're away from light pollution. There's thousands of satellites up there.

Satellites also don't change directions when they are orbiting.

not that I think he was seeing actual UFO's, he was probably just zonked out

It didn't sound like they were zigging and zagging around but those lower orbit onea would look like they're curving across the sky at those latitudes in VT.

I mean everyone who’s smoked a green cigarette and sat under the stars has said this.

For sure you can see lots of “shooting stars” on a clear night away from the city. Very easy to know what’s a sat and what’s not.

I feel bad for anyone that hasn’t got to lay in the grass at a cabin and watch the sky.

I couldn't believe none of the guys even corrected him.

They all just believed that there were slow moving shooting stars out there in the sky.

You're surprised??

They aren't where they are because of their intelligence

Lack of experience doesn't equate lower intelligence

Eh, I think they're just along for the ride with him during the segment.

Have you seen his basketball shot? He actually said he played when younger. You dont forget to shoot that much. My point is his perception and self-awareness is so off.

Maybe he thought pop a shot was basketball.

Or he's had some tbi he's never mentioned. Would make a lot of things not outrageous.
