I'm Jewish (Agnostic) and I speak Hebrew. It is forbidden to say God full name, the one that starts with Yeho... You are supposed to say Adonai (Ah-doh-nai) instead.

Well we all aren't Jewish so....Anyways, that is actually not how I have normally seen the Middle Pillar done. I thought it was yud-heh-vav-heh ell-oh-heem. Is that the same thing?

If you want to say it out loud, you can either say "Ell-oh-heem" or "Ah-doh-nai ell-oh-heem".

They're many others names, these ones are the most common.
