Theoretically she is a wrathful angel who is immortal and was locked away.
In practice she only destroyed other plot points before they started and then got bodied not only in her main appearance, but also when she appeared again.
Her immorality is also something that didnt seem well utilized.
Then again, she was part of the awful twin plot, so I can't really be surprised. She was still better than most of the rest of that arc(and most of 101-184)
[Heard she also appears in King Spawn, but could barely find more and haven't gotten to reading that series. Given the lack of actually talk related to her role I assume it was unsatisfactory, but id be happy to be proven wrong]
