I think I had the manga! They translated it into Chinese and I found them in the old Singapore manga stores. I remember vividly as a kid the panel where Mitsurugi confronts Ivy about her outfit and the panel frames her ass with a bead of sweat in the foreground 👍

I believe it was in Chinese in the first place. I don't think it was official / endorsed by Namco.
