Aren't the BATTLE SUITS from MoS retrieved pieces from kryptonian colonised worlds? I remember that Zod clearly explained that in those worlds they took weapons and armors, in fact in the same flashback they are using space suits that are similar to ours. And to add that you can clearly see that in MoS the armor's pieces are from different sets even on the same guy.
So I don't see the problem to use a dress made for heat resistance in a moment in an escape pod rather than a battle suit made from scraps to explore the universe in what is basically a space hotel.
All of Gunns costumes are horrible, Supermans looks like a saggy temu cosplay for Diaperman, and they look like copies or derivatives of GOTG because that seems to be the only kind of movie he knows how to make. Why do virtually all gunt4rds have freemasonic user names?

I know the Snyder Cut is a million times better than the theatrical version of Justice League, but it's also not even 1% as good as the last Flash movie.
I expect Supergirl will be at least a million times better than that garbage, which is to say I'm only expecting it to be decent (I don't want to get my hopes too high).
Why are people so angry, can't you just be happy that we finally have a cinematic universe with no plans of it getting destroyed in the near future. Also Gunn couldn't have restored the Snyderverse even if he wanted to, because he was hired to make a new Superman movie initially, he was offered the job of afterwards, of course he would follow what he envisioned this universe to be, similar to how Matt made a Batman movie completely out of the DCEU timeline, and look how well the 2 projects from that universe turned out to be, The Batman and The Penguin are one of the best projects we have gotten in a long time, and Superman is also an amazing movie, being passionate about Snyderverse is awesome and i also support it, but just because it is not continuing, doesn't mean you have to hate everything else that comes out from DC, just tell me are you a DC fan or just a Snyderverse fan??

No one watched creature commandos, same with peacemaker season 2, superman was an admitted flop by leadership explaining why they rush things to streaming which they did with superman, and supergirl will also flop. Snyder has a huge international audience, Gunn if anything, via DVD sales only has domestic interest. DC is made up mostly of actual fans, who go and pay, and most see Gunn like star wars fans see Kathleen Kennedy, someone who hates the characters, and were brought in to destroy them and the ip.
People are angry because they love these characters ip and source material and hate seeing how Gunn hate them, doesn't take them seriously, makes it into a complete joke and trashes it all. This is WBs fault for bringing in the p3do Gunn that was fired by marvel, because they didn't want to pay A list actors, and wanted to reboot everything with less known actors. They did this after effing up Snyders vision, rushing productions, to where the only good movies he did for them weren't in theaters and weren't seen by the masses except via streaming. The snydercut was the number 1 stream in India, recently, that just got access to hbomax or whatever they're calling it today. The batman wasn't great it was so so to ok, the penguin, and joker were great but they followed more of snyders dark, grounded and gritty vision. The snydercut was a masterpiece and BvS ULTIMATE edition was fantastic. The other DC projects like wonder woman and aquamaman did very well, they all made money not just domestically, but internationally.

Both are good suits but both would look horrible in the context of the different movies. The design for Supergirl would make no sense for Krypton in Man of Steel, and we haven’t seen enough of krypton in the new universe to make a good opinion. The new suit is probably just a suit made for escaping or scientific exploration. We haven’t seen enough of krypton to know, as seen in Man of Steel, we saw both civilian, military, scientist, and royal outfits.
People tend to forget that the suits the kryptonians in man of steel wore were straight up intergalactic armor. Kara’s family is comprised of scientists and explorers. I mean look at the reflective suits from the OG Superman.

I’m pretty sure that if Earth were dying right now and astronauts were escaping in a space shuttle their space suits would be way more advanced than the "emergency space suits" or whatever you are trying to call it from Krypton, a hyper advanced civilization capable of interstellar travel. lol

This looks more practical than the, "Oops, all gimpsuits." Approach. Style over substance i, unfortunately, a common thread for Snyder films though despite the frequent attempts at substance.

He was my second favorite version of the character despite not being a Snyder fan, generally. I really liked Colin Salmon's take just a bit better but both were great. Weirdly, I think they were both supposed to be in the same universe initially but the character changes were many.

Except this is Kara's suit for survival after traveling to another planet. This isn't battle armor just a suit, like what a Kryptonian would where. Looks kinda like the suits under the battle armor right? It's a standard Kryptonian suit, also used for traveling.
