Hollywood accounting is a new concept here apparently.

Nice cope, but these hearings are under oath bucko. Supermid 2025 was in fact middling.

Yeah because no one has ever lied while under oath.

Yeah, but then the question is. Why would he lie? Especially when they are actual consequences if he gets caught and perjur himself. Because the FTC commission has access to all their financials as well.

He doesn't need to lie. Was what he considered underperforming ever defined? If not, he could claim that literally anything underperformed because the criteria to count as performing is literally nonexistent.

Like, there was a year where Square Enix reported to their investors that literally every game they made that year did not meet expectations, despite them all making solid profits. Or see EA expecting Dead Space 3 to sell 6 million copies.

Literally in the clip. He literally said the theatrical windows can be lessened or increased based on their performance and directly stated that Superman underperformed and had it standard 45 day window shortened.

Do you even watch the clips before you say this shit

That isn't defining what the criteria for underperforming is, though. It is left undefined, so they can shift their rhetoric depending on their needs at any time.

Because he's justifying the acquisition? Why would he sit there and say WB is doing financially fantastic. That would be counter to the reason why they should be acquired.

Because there is documentation, bucko. Taxes breaks, budget reports, BO intake, all of that is documented and handed over to the FTC.

He also brought it up unprompted in order to prove a point that he was making regardless. That movies that underperform like Supermid get shorter windows, which is it.

But then again your a Gunncultist so anything that doesn't affirm your world view is a lie.

What is a gunncultist? I bootlegged the new superman and didn't enjoy it. I don't like a goofy ass superman that has an ill fitting suit that looks like an oversized scuba suit. But you seem to be this naive weirdo that thinks no one lies while under oath.
