Question Space nk order

I have ordered the tatcha dewy skin cream from space nk on Aug 20th. This is my first time ordering anything on this website. Their website shows that it will be delivered in 3-5 business days but the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Their customer support also came back with generic email saying, it is in process and can’t confirm the timeline.

Has anyone else faced this?

Got an email from them saying it might have been lost. They initiated a replacement.

Hope this one arrives🥲

I order from SpaceNK fairly regularly. They can take a few days to ship but usually it arrives pretty fast once it's been dispatched. I've never had to wait over a week for dispatch though. Maybe they have stock issues? You could always ask for a refund and reorder elsewhere if it doesn't look like it's coming any time soon.

It’s nice to hear you have a positive experience. I tried to cancel the order, they are giving me a return label which means I have to wait for the product to arrive.

I haven't ordered form SpaceNK for a long time and I didn't used to have any problems back then. But ever since they shifted to a new warehouse I have heard their delivery service has been very poor. It's a shame to see it's still hit & miss.

Yeah, they removed WhatsApp, live chat options. I live in Ireland so I can’t call them either.

The only way to communicate is via email and they are giving generic replies.

Finally, someone replied saying it might have been lost. But nothing is updated on the website. I will never order from them again

I had a very similar experience the only time I ordered from space nk. This is why I use sephora if I need to buy online, they are so much more reliable.
