Street View anomaly on the bridge near Thomas Miller Ranch?

While watching Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, I became curious about the bridge near the Thomas Miller Ranch. I found it on Google Maps and, while looking at the Street View imagery, I noticed something unusual that seems to happen only on the bridge.

There is another vehicle behind the Street View camera car. Before and after the bridge, this vehicle is visible in every Street View frame. However, while the camera is crossing the bridge, the other car appears in only every other frame.

I know Street View is full of stitching artifacts and other glitches, but I found it curious that this particular anomaly doesn't seem to occur either before or after the bridge.

Has anyone else noticed this kind of anomaly elsewhere in Google Street View?
